I'm such a Design Star wannabe and Duncan antique shopping seems to only feed my appetite for bargains. And since somebody out there in Internetland let me have a blog, I think that means that I'm supposed to gloat about my thriftyness on here. Do enjoy!

We bought this buffet table for $125 at my favorite antique shop cunningly called, Oh La La. It was Pepto pink when we got it and decided to add our signature living room colors to liven it up.

This bird, along with his mate (not pictured) are my new pride and joy. I practically had to lay in the middle of traffic to get Wopsle to let me have them, even though they were only $5 apiece.

This was a coffee table that we found on the side of the road in Marlow. My favorite part about it is the fact that it is both round and square and you just don't find bi-geometric furniture very often. Oh yeah, that and the fact that it was free.

Oh the joys of making a house a home!
